[link] [link] [link] I love this character! Amelia is so cute, and her love of aeroplanes is adorable. X3 The pictures are well coloured and Melody's style is really, really cute overall.

OK so I've been dead all week, I'm completely off-schedule with EVERYTHING that its ridiculous, I should be revising for the mocks next week etc etc next topic.

So yeah, last Friday before I got sick, I went and saw that film that's created an unbelievable uproar between teenage girls, film critics everywhere and the public in general.

Yes... I saw Ice Age 3: Dawn of the Dinosaurs.

OK I lied. I went and saw New Moon. And guess what?










...Its a piece of shite.






Please don't be offended if you liked it/like Twilight, but as you've probably heard from everyone else, for the most part (bar the occasional good bits): the writing's awful, the acting's terrible, the "social" scenes were dire, but... there is a genuine kudos to be given to this film.

Yes, its a hot steaming turd, but the thing is, it seems to be the only thing that actually panders to what many modern teenage girls want to see. People complain about the amount of aweseomely hot male shirtlessness that goes on in the film, but this is ONE FILM, amongst COUNTLESS films aimed at teenage boys with hot, busty women, who are always dressed skimpily, revealingly or just about naked. I'm not trying to go all feminist on you, but do you see my point?

You know the comic I'm planning? This is EXACTLY how I want the relationship to be between the main two characters. (The girl and her guy-self).

If my comic was turned into a TV show/anime/cartoon or whatever, I would SO love that to be its theme tune for the opening, it would be absolutely perfect. (The girl would be singing the lyrics of the one on the left, her guy-self on the right~)

*snots all over the keyboard*

Also does anyone play/have World of Warcraft? (Does anyone play that anymore?) I've never played it but for some reason my inner-nerd suddenly has a yearning to at least try it out. Tell me if you've played it, and what you think of it and etc.

Comic

About the comic, I really am going to try and make it, but I've still got to get my head round it. I've suddenly hit several obstacles that I have to work out and overcome before I even start drawing it. But I want to work it out on my own, so although help is appreciated I don't think any of you can help. (YOU ALL SUCK!! xD No, I'm only joking.)

So as soon as I found out that if you talk to Princess Ruto again you can pick her up, that changed EVERYthing! xD The dungeon was waaaay easier than I thought.

So then I got sent to the future. I can tell you, I hate the future! Who else was freaked out by Hyrule city?? I hate it! Why would they do that, its horrible!! <xD I was complaining about the scariness of the Dodongo's Cavern music, but this is WAY worse.

And you know what? The Kokiri are still midgets who can't even recognise their friend after seven years. (...Jerks. xD) After I went to Kokiri village, I went into the woods, found Mido and got past him, but now I can't find my way to the Forest Temple, I'm pretty sure I went everywhere I could go and I just keep finding dead ends. :< How do I get to the next bit?? (I would use a walkthrough but they always end up spoiling too much for me.)

Just so you know, Mush isn't sucking my arm as much (although he still does it from time to time) and he really likes my hair. He keeps burying his face in it and chewing it, its really cute. X3 (Oh I take that back he's just started on my arm again. That little weirdo.)

There's a cat... sucking my arm. Its so weird, I don't know why he does it. But just sometimes, when he's lying on my lap, he'll just randomly... start suckling my arm. (And its not as if he doesn't have any milk in his bowl). It feels so strange! xD;;

So I have a really horrible stinking cold. Its making me feel really crap, I can barely breathe and I can't stop sneezing. (Maybe that's why Mush is doing it... to cheer me up?)

However, through that I have inked quite a few of my drawings (older and newer) and even coloured one or two, so I'll probably put them up. When I can be bothered. xD

Plus both Ocarina of Time and Majora's Mask are getting really hard. I'm still inside Lord Jabu Jabu, and I started a new file on MM to see if the swamp dungeon would miraculously be easier this time round... but it isn't.

Anyway, onto the point of the journal.

I want to start doing a comic/manga-y thing which I've been planning for a while now. I've got the general stories and characters planned (on a Word document and in my head) but... I don't know what to do it like. As in... (I'm finding this hard to explain!) I don't know whether to make it cartoony and in short bursts, more like a comic, or to do it longer and more detailed, like in a manga.

WHICH WOULD YOU PREFER? It's about a character (who's basically me - sorry, I bet some people don't like characters based on their creators. Does it bother you?) and her manself, how she deals with it at school, and etc etc. As far as I've planned it, a lot of the stuff in the comic is going to be based on actual events and people in my real life, but with Guy incorporated into it.

If you don't want to see a comic/whatever like that and want to see something else, stop me now and say "I WANT THIS INSTEAD..." okay? GIVE MEH SOME FEEDBACK PLEASE!
